For marketing agencies

Don’t just hand over the website. Hand over the AI that knows it.

Build complete websites and campaign pages using Assistant Bot, your own code, Claude or ChatGPT. Then invite your client into the same shared AI workspace — with the website, branding and working history already in place.

Ship a campaign page in an afternoon. Your whole team shares the same Assistant Bot, conversation and website context — no seats, no re-briefs, no git.

We used to build all our clients’ websites on WordPress, but it was always too daunting for them. Every update meant tutorial videos and waiting on developers. Since moving clients onto Assistant Bot, they just text what they want — a news update or new page is done in two minutes.

Speed your clients feel Brief in the morning, live page by lunch. No designer queue, no developer sprint, no QA bottleneck for standard campaign pages.
Handoffs on your terms Invite the client into the same workspace. They can update words and photos by chatting — you decide what they handle themselves and what stays billable.

Client-ready numbers out of the box Simple 30-day stats included — traffic, top pages, conversion. Enough for most reports; your analytics suite drops in anytime.
Your team plus theirs, no seat math Everyone shares one Assistant Bot per site — your strategists and the client's staff alike. One shared conversation, no re-briefing.
Per-campaign unit economics One $20/month site per campaign on the client's own domain. Price it into every retainer; high volumes can talk organization pricing.
Plays well with your stack Drop in analytics snippets and email signup embeds — Assistant Bot settles them in. Export every form response as CSV to import anywhere. Keep the tools you love.
How it works

From brief to handoff in four steps.

STEP 1
Describe the campaign Tell Assistant Bot the offer, the audience, and the action you want. Paste the brief, bring brand assets and HTML — from your tools, Claude, or ChatGPT — pick a template or start blank.
STEP 2
Review and publish Preview instantly, request changes in the same chat, publish to the client's domain when it sings. Same-day launches are normal.
STEP 3
Capture and follow up Forms collect every lead, stats show what worked, follow-up emails go out automatically. Report numbers your client understands.

Lead capture with zero setup — forms your clients’ leads flow straight into

STEP 4
Hand it over — your way Invite the client into the workspace with the access you choose. They can edit by chatting from day one, or keep sending changes to you as billable work. Either way, your team is off the tweak treadmill.

Edits in seconds — by you, your marketing team, your copywriters, or the client. No tickets, no dev queue.

FAQs

Questions agencies ask

Can our clients edit their sites themselves?

Yes — after handoff, your client can update words, photos, and pages just by chatting. You decide what they handle themselves and what stays as billable change work. Either way, nothing needs a developer.

How does client handoff work?

You build the site in a shared workspace, then invite your client into it. They see the same conversation and context — no re-briefing, no training manual. Access levels keep you in control.

Can each landing page use the client’s own domain?

Yes. Every live site gets its own custom domain with a secure connection — one $20/month site per campaign, no per-seat charges for your team or the client.

Do landing pages include lead capture and follow-up?

Yes. Add signup and enquiry forms by chatting, collect every response in a dashboard with CSV export, and send follow-up emails — up to 1,000 sends a month on the paid plan.

We run many campaigns. Is there volume pricing?

Each live site is $20/month with your whole team included. For high volumes across many clients, talk to us about organization pricing.

Does our branding or Assistant Bot’s show on the site?

Paid sites show no Assistant Bot branding. Only the free tier shows a small ‘Built with Assistant Bot’ badge, which disappears the moment a site is on a paid plan.

What happens if we cancel a site’s subscription?

Sites work like Wix or Squarespace: live as long as the subscription is active. If you cancel, the site comes down. There’s no HTML/file export today, so plan a site’s subscription to outlast the campaign — or the client relationship — if you want to keep it running.

Who pays for the site — us or the client?

Whichever you prefer, same as putting a client on Wix, Webflow, or Squarespace. Bill the client directly, mark it up inside your retainer, or have them pay Assistant Bot directly. You decide per client.

Do we have to change how we design?

No. Keep your design tools and your code workflow. Assistant Bot is the layer underneath: rapid hosting, easy team updates, and new pages from the branding you’ve already done.

Can we track how each campaign performs?

Yes. Live sites include 30-day visitor statistics — traffic, top pages, where visitors come from, and visitor-to-form conversion — so you can report results to clients.

Can we keep our own analytics tools?

Yes. Give Assistant Bot your tracking snippets or embed codes and tell it where to add them — it settles them in for you. No developer needed.

How is this different from hosting Claude-built HTML on Netlify?

That combo is single-player: one person prompting, deploying through git, with nobody else able to update anything safely. Assistant Bot is multiplayer — your whole team shares one AI with one memory of the site, updates happen by chatting, and there’s no git, terminal, or deploy pipeline for anyone to learn.

Can we keep our existing email platform?

Yes. Embed its signup forms through Assistant Bot and keep sending from the tool you know. You can also export form responses as CSV any time to import into any external tool of your own.
